Roti Jala. Roti Jala is the lesser known and more elusive cousin of the famed Roti Canai. In Malaysia, you are more likely to eat these net crepes at a social gathering than in a restaurant. It is especially popular during Hari Raya Aidil Fitri (Eid) and traditional kenduri (Malay feast) to mark auspicious events like weddings.
This is a very traditional Malay dish that is usually homemade and served at.

Ramuan
- 5 cawan tepung gandum.
- 2 cawan susu cair.
- 2 sudu kecil garam.
- 4 cawan air.

- Selepas ramuan sebati. Tapis ke dalam bekas yang berasingan. Masukkan hasil tapisan ke dalam botol..
- Masak di atas kuali dan siap untuk roti jala. Kira-kira. Bilangan roti jala yang siap adalah dalam 85 keping. ☺️.

If you do not have this Roti Jala bottle, you can use an empty mineral water bottle with a few holes on the cover/cap that be made with a nail. Lightly oil a large frying pan, then place on a medium heat. Roti canai is probably Malaysia's more famous roti, but the lacy, crepe-like pancakes known as roti jala are even prettier—and much simpler to make. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, water, coconut milk, eggs, salt, and turmeric until smooth. (If any clumps remain, run mixture through a sieve.) Using a sharp-pointed knife (a corkscrew or nail works just as well), poke three holes in the cap of a plastic water bottle. Fill the bottle with your pancake batter.
