  6. Bila air dah mendidih, masukkan loyang kedalam pengukus. Api sederhana besar. 25 minit. Bila dah masak, sentuh permukaan puding tak basah. Alihkan dari pengukus dan biarkan sejuk dulu sebelum masuk dalam peti ais..
