- 500 g tepung high protein / tepung gandum.
- 100 g gula halus.
- 2 biji telur.
- 11 g yis segera.
- 220 ml air.
- 25 g susu tepung.
- 1 s/t garam.
- Bahan Inti.
- 100 g butter.
- 50 g gula perang.
- 1/2 s/t esen vanila.
- Bahan Topping.
- 100 g gula halus.
- 1 1/2 s/b serbuk kopi segera.
- 1 biji telur.
- 75 g butter.
- 20 g susu tepung.
- 1/2 s/t esen coffee.
- 75 g tepung gandum } ayak.
